When you contact us for support, we log the call in our issue-tracking system and email you a reference number.

If the issue is a known one, we will inform you and give modelling advice, a workaround solution and / or an estimate of when the problem will be resolved.

Where the issue has not been encountered before, it will be assigned to an appropriate member of staff and assigned a service level according to your contract agreement. Our service levels are designed to help our customers and support team to correctly prioritise and manage support calls. Each service level has distinct response, resolution and fix times, which GRL aims to meet.

We welcome suggestions for improvements and new features and encourage our customers to clearly designate these as 'Enhancement Requests'.
